Booking Procedure Scheduled Open Courses

A reservation can be made on any of our scheduled courses by telephone or email. All reservations are confirmed in writing and fees are payable in advance on receipt of invoice. Payment can be made by EFT or cheque; credit card payments are acceptable through arrangement. Fees are vat exempt.


Notice of cancellations must be received 5 working days before course commencement. Failure to make a cancellation within this period will result in a charge for the full course fee. Substitutions can be made any time prior to the commencement of the course. In exceptional cases Quinn Training reserve the right to postpone or reschedule a course, in these circumstances priority will be given to clients on the next scheduled training course or total refund whichever is preferred.

In Company Training Terms

Payment for in company training is due in advance on receipt of invoice which is submitted prior to course commencement. Exceptions are made through negotiation and are confirmed under ‘Terms’ which forms a heading in each training proposal submitted prior to engagement.
